Welcome to Azokle Private Limited ("Azokle," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, products, services, and platforms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using any Azokle Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services immediately.
Eligibility
You may use our Services only if:
You are at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country).
You can legally form a binding contract.
You are not barred from using our Services under applicable laws.
Important: If you are under 18, you may use Azokle Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts & Azokle ID
Some Services require an Azokle ID for full access.
Your Responsibilities:
- • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- • Safeguard your Azokle ID, Secret Key, and Passphrase
- • Enable mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Azokle is privacy-first – we never sell or share your personal data for advertising purposes.
Acceptable Use Policy
✓ You Agree To:
- • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- • Respect the intellectual property rights of Azokle and others
- • Avoid activities that may harm, disrupt, or overload our systems
✗ You Must NOT:
- • Attempt to hack, bypass, or interfere with Azokle security systems
- • Upload or distribute malicious software, spam, or harmful code
- • Use our Services to engage in fraud, scams, or illegal activities
- • Infringe upon the rights, privacy, or safety of others
- • Collect user data without explicit consent
Enforcement: Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, service termination, or legal action.
Offline & Encrypted Services
Some Azokle apps and software are 100% offline, fully encrypted, and do not require an account.
Offline Features:
- • Secret keys and passwords stored only on your device
- • Full encryption for all local data
- • No account required for basic functionality
Important Warning:
If lost, secret keys and passwords cannot be recovered by Azokle.
Privacy & Data Sharing
Zero-Knowledge Architecture
We follow a zero-knowledge architecture
We never track user behavior
We only collect minimal, anonymous data for performance improvement
We do not store personal user data unless strictly necessary to provide the service
Legal Exception: In case of verified terrorist activity or criminal investigation, we may share very limited and lawful data with government authorities, only if required by applicable law.

Payment Terms

AI, AGI, and BCI Usage Policy
Prohibited Uses
Users must not misuse Azokle's AI, AGI, or BCI technologies for unethical purposes, including:
- • Surveillance without consent
- • Deepfake creation
- • Misinformation
- • Harmful automation
Research Access: Access to experimental AI/BCI products may require additional agreements and ethical reviews.
Beta & Experimental Features
Some features may be in beta or experimental stages.
• These may be unstable or incomplete, and are provided "as is" without guarantees
• Feedback may be collected anonymously to improve them
Open Source Contributions
If you contribute to Azokle's open-source projects, you agree that your contributions are licensed under the project's respective license.
Security Responsibilities
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their authentication credentials
You are responsible for any activity under your account
Azokle may require periodic security verification
Government & Legal Compliance
Azokle will only comply with lawful, verifiable, and jurisdiction-appropriate requests.
We do not provide mass surveillance or backdoors to any government.
Service Suspension & Termination
Azokle may suspend or terminate your account if you:

You will be notified unless prohibited by law.
Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times
• Azokle is not responsible for losses caused by external attacks, user negligence, or misuse of the Services
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azokle shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
